The plugin will execute "r_detailtextures 1" on all clients as soon as they join the server. If their systems does not support detailed textures, then the command will fail (this is not a problem).
If the player has added "setinfo "no_details" "1"" to their userconfig.cfg file or by typing "setinfo "no_details" "1"" (both without the first and last quotes) in their client console then the plugin will not execute the command.
